摘要
目的讨论大剂量丙种球蛋白加地塞米松治疗急性ITP的疗效和护理相关事项。方法方便选取2017年6月—2018年6月该院收治的80例急性ITP儿童患者为研究对象,并将其分成两组(实验组和对照组),每组40例,其中实验组患者滴注大剂量丙种球蛋白加地塞米松注射液进行治疗,对照组滴注地塞米松注射液进行治疗。结果与对照组儿童患者的病情相比,实验组儿童患者的出血情况有很大的改善,ITP的治疗有效率达到100.0%(χ^2=3.117),血小板含量上升时间和峰值时间明显缩短,两组的数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大剂量丙种球蛋白加地塞米松对于治疗急性ITP效果显著。
Objective To discuss the efficacy and nursing care of high-dose gamma globulin plus dexamethasone in the treatment of acute ITP.Methods Eighty patients with acute ITP admitted to the hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were conveniently selected in the study.They were divided into two groups(experimental group and control group),40 cases in each group,the experimental group,high-dose gamma globulin plus dexamethasone injection was given for treatment,and dexamethasone injection was given to the control group for treatment.Results Compared with the condition of children in the control group,the bleeding in the experimental group was greatly improved.The effective rate of ITP treatment was 100.0%(χ^2=3.117),and the rise time and peak time of platelet content were significantly shortened.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-dose gamma globulin plus dexamethasone is effective in the treatment of acute ITP.
