全过程中西医结合特色护理对子宫内膜异位症疗效的影响

Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on the Efficacy of Endometriosis in the Whole Process

目的观察分析全过程中西医结合特色护理对子宫内膜异位症(EMS)疗效的影响效果。方法于2016年1月—2018年5月在该院治疗的子宫内膜异位症患者中便利选取113例随机分为观察组60例和对照组53例,两组均给予西医常规治疗方法加中药(内异康)及西医常规护理。观察组在此基础上加用中西医结合特色护理,两组疗程均为3个月;观察两组治疗前后IL-6、TNF-a、CA125和sflt-1水平变化和焦虑抑郁评分变化。结果实施中西医结合护理后,观察组的总有效率比对照组高,显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.892,P<0.05)。观察组血清IL-6、TNF-a、CA125、sflt-1水平显著下降,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(t=3.950、6.780、4.630、9.340,P<0.01),观察组SAS治疗前后分别是(65.2±3.3)分和(40.5±2.9)分;SDS评分治疗前后分别是(64.8±3.8)分和(41.2±3.1)分,经比较差异有统计学意义(t=3.650,P<0.01),同时与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=4.120,P<0.01)。结论全过程中西医结合特色护理对子宫内膜异位症(EMS)疗效有正面的积极影响,可提高其治疗效果。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing combined with Western medicine on the efficacy of endometriosis(EMS).Methods A total of conveniently selected 113 patients with endometriosis treated in the hospital from January 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(53 cases).Both groups were given traditional Chinese medicine treatment plus Chinese medicine(Internal and external health care and Western medicine routine care.On the basis of this,the observation group added the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.The two groups were treated for 3 months.The changes of IL-6,TNF-a,CA125 and sflt-1 levels and anxiety and depression scores were observed before and after treatment.Results After the implementation of integrated Chinese and Western medicine,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,which was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=8.892,P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-6,TNF-a and CA125 and sflt-1 in the observation group decreased significantly,which was statistically significant compared with the control group(t=3.950,6.780,4.630,9.340,P<0.01).Before and after(65.2±3.3)points and(40.5±2.9)points,the SDS scores were(64.8±3.8)points and(41.2±3.1)points before and after treatment,and there were statistically significant differences(t=3.650,P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(t=4.120,P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of Western medicine and characteristic nursing has a positive positive effect on the efficacy of endometriosis(EMS)in the whole process,which can improve its therapeutic effect.
