心理护理对唇腭裂患者及其家长心理特点的影响研究 被引量:2

Study on the Effect of Psychological Nursing on the Psychological Characteristics of Patients with Cleft Lip and Palate and Their Parents

摘要 目的探究心理护理对唇腭裂患者及其家长心理特点的影响。方法方便选取从2018年1—8月在该院就诊的82例患儿按照数字随机表法随机的分为对照组和实验组,各有41例患儿;对照组采取常规护理,实验组采用心理护理干预;对比分析两组患儿Achenbach儿童行为评分、患儿家属SCL-90评分以及患儿家属满意度。结果①实验组患儿抑郁(6.5±0.4)分、精神分裂(3.0±0.3)分、交往不佳(5.7±0.4)分、强迫症(3.6±0.4)分、脑功能障碍(5.8±0.4)分、侵犯行为(12.4±0.6)分等症状评分均显著的低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.276、4.832、4.493、4.092、2.837、3.683,P<0.05);②两组患儿家属在躯体化指标上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组患儿家属在强迫症(1.22±0.17)分、人际关系(1.14±0.07)分、焦虑(0.89±0.07)分、抑郁(1.20±0.13)分、恐惧(0.86±0.06)分、敌对(0.89±0.05)分、精神病性(1.35±0.24)分以及偏执(1.42±0.23)分方面评分均显著的低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.364、3.618、4.366、2.365、3.981、5.029、4.029、4.312,P<0.05);③实验组患者满意率为90.24%,显著的高于对照组73.17%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.635,P<0.05)。结论对唇腭裂患者实施心理护理干预,有助于患儿心理康复,同时也有助于改善患儿家属心理健康具有一定的促进作用,在临床具有推广应用价值。 Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on the psychological characteristics of patients with cleft lip and palate and their parents.Methods 82 children who were conveniently selected admitted to the hospital from January to August 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the numerical random table method,each with 41 children.The control group received routine nursing and experimental group used psychological nursing intervention;the Achenbach children's behavior scores,the family's family SCL-90 score and the family's family satisfaction were compared.Results 1.Children in the experimental group had depression(6.5±0.4)points,schizophrenia(3.0±0.3)points,poor communication(5.7±0.4),obsessive-compulsive disorder(3.6±0.4)points,and brain dysfunction(5.8±0.4)points,violation behavior(12.4±0.6)points and other symptom scores were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.276,4.832,4.493,4.092,2.837,3.683,P<0.05);2.family members of the two groups There was no significant difference in somatization index(P>0.05).The family members of the experimental group had obsessivecompulsive disorder(1.22±0.17)points,interpersonal relationship(1.14±0.07)points,anxiety(0.89±0.07)points,and depression(1.20±0.13)points,fear(0.86±0.06)points,hostility(0.89±0.05)points,psychotic(1.35±0.24)points and paranoid(1.42±0.23)points were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.364,3.618,4.366,2.365,3.981,5.029,4.029,4.312,P<0.05);3.The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 90.24%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 73.17%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.635,P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention for patients with cleft lip and palate can help children with psychological rehabilitation.It also helps to improve the mental health of family members.It has clinical application value.
