黄金微针点阵射频治疗腋臭过程中的相关护理策略

Correlation Nursing Strategy of Gold Microneedle Lattice Radiofrequency Treatment for Odor

目的探析腋臭患者采取黄金微针点阵射频治疗期间护理对策应用效果。方法方便选取该院2017年1月—2018年8月接收的66例腋臭患者纳入该次实验中,根据先后入院时间分为两组,各33例,对照组采取常规护理,研究组则接受综合护理,评估各组焦虑、抑郁状况、生活质量,并统计护理满意度。结果研究组护理满意度是93.94%,与对照组的72.73%相比偏高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.346,P<0.05);护理前,两组SAS及SDS评分对比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.111、0.249,P>0.05);护理后,对照组分别是(45.32±9.12)分和(49.63±9.52)分;研究组分别是(40.19±8.56)分和(44.32±9.37)分,同对照组相比,研究组更低,差异有统计学意义(t=2.356、2.294,P<0.05);在总体健康、精神健康、生理功能、生理职能、社会功能、情感职能、活力及躯体疼痛评分方面,研究组均同对照组相比更高,差异有统计学意义(t=13.406、9.926、9.805、9.769、8.077、11.258、10.718、10.435,P<0.05)。结论腋臭患者采取黄金微针点阵射频治疗期间,采取综合护理方案,除改善负面心态、减轻心理压力的同时,可促进患者日常生活质量的提高。

Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing strategies during the treatment of deficient odor patients with gold microneedle array radiofrequency ablation.Methods 66 patients with underarm odor received who were conveniently selected from January 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into two groups according to the time of admission,33 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the research group accepted comprehensive nursing,assessment of anxiety,depression,quality of life,and statistics of nursing satisfaction.Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 93.94%,which was higher than that of the control group(72.73%).The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.346,P<0.05).Before the nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were compared.The significance of learning(t=0.111,0.249,P>0.05);after nursing,the control group was(45.32±9.12)points and(49.63±9.52)points respectively;the study group was(40.19±8.56)points and(44.32±9.37)points,compared with the control group,the study group was lower,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.356,2.294,P<0.05);in general health,mental health,physiological function,physiological function,social function,emotional function,In terms of vitality and somatic pain scores,the study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.406,9.926,9.805,9.769,8.077,11.258,10.718,10.435,P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of gold microneedle lattice radiofrequency treatment,patients with underarm odor adopt comprehensive nursing plan,which can improve the quality of daily life of patients while improving negative mentality and reducing psychological stress.
