综合护理在胆石症手术患者中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Nursing in Patients with Cholelithiasis

目的探究综合护理在胆石症手术患者中的应用效果。方法便利选取该院2018年1月—2019年1月期间接收的胆石症手术患者60例,其中30例采用常规护理,为对照组;另外30例采用综合护理,为观察组。比较分析两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、肠鸣音恢复时间、住院时间、疼痛评分(NRS)、护理满意度以及术后并发症发生率。结果观察组术中出血量(4.52±0.37)mL、术后并发症发生率(6.67%)和术后NRS评分(2.31±0.52)分低于对照组[(6.75±0.64)mL,(26.67%),(3.14±0.65)分],其差异有统计学意义(t=16.522,χ^2=4.32,t=5.461;P=0.000,0.037,0.000<0.05);观察组手术时间(34.94±6.18)min、肠鸣音恢复时间(18.29±2.36)h及住院时间(3.51±1.43)d短于对照组[(42.05±5.47)min,(22.05±2.58)h,(4.17±1.54)d],通过比较,差异有统计学意义(t=4.719,5.890,4.720;P=0.000,0.000,0.045<0.05);观察组护理满意度(98.58±1.02)分高于对照组(96.29±1.14)分,组间差异有统计学意义(t=8.200,P=0.000<0.05)。结论对胆石症手术患者实施综合护理有利于减少其术中出血和术后并发症,改善患者的生活质量,促进其术后早日恢复,缩短住院时间,提高护理满意度,值得临床进一步推广实践。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with cholelithiasis.Methods Sixty patients with cholelithiasis received from January 2018 to January 2019 in the hospital were convenient selected.Among them,30 patients received routine nursing as the control group,and 30 patients underwent comprehensive nursing.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,bowel sound recovery time,hospital stay,pain score(NRS),nursing satisfaction,and postoperative complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss(4.52±0.37)mL,postoperative complication rate(6.67%)and postoperative NRS score(2.31±0.52)points were lower in the observation group than in the control group[(6.75±0.64)mL,(26.67%),(3.14±0.65)points],the difference was statistically significant(t=16.522,χ^2=4.32,t=5.461;P=0.000,0.037,0.000<0.05);observation group surgery time(34.94±6.18)min,bowel sounds Recovery time(18.29±2.36)h and hospitalization time(3.51±1.43)d were shorter than the control group[(42.05±5.47)min,(22.05±2.58)h,(4.17±1.54)d].By comparison,the differences were all statistical(t=4.719,5.890,4.720;P=0.000,0.000,0.045<0.05);the observation group satisfaction(98.58±1.02)points was higher than the control group(96.29±1.14)points,and there were statistics between the groups(t=8.200,P=0.000<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care for patients with cholelithiasis is beneficial to reduce intraoperative bleeding and postoperative complications,improve patients'quality of life,promote early recovery after surgery,shorten hospitalization time,and improve nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of further clinical practice.
