摘要
为满足日益严格的纺织品绿色环保要求,文中建立了模拟室内环境下纺织品中芳香醇和脂肪醇释放量测定方法,对挥发性有机化合物检测方法中涉及的典型释放参数、热脱附与GC-MS参数、检出限、标准曲线、数据稳定等技术要点研究,建立了模拟室内环境释放舱释放-Air Toxic吸附管捕集-二级热脱附-GC-MS联用技术测试纺织品中芳香醇和脂肪醇挥发性有机化合物方法。结果表明,该方法的线性范围宽,检出限和测试结果的再现性符合纺织品中挥发性有机物测定的要求,可用于纺织品中芳香醇和脂肪醇释放量的测定。
In order to meet the increasingly stringent requirements of environmental protection in textiles industry, in this paper,the method for the determination of aromatic alcohols and aliphatic alcohols in textiles under simulated indoor environment was established. The key technical points involved in the determination of volatile organic compounds, such as typical release parameters, thermal desorption and GC-MS parameters, detection limit,standard curve and data stability, were studied for the first time. A method for the determination of volatile organic compounds(VOCs) of aromatic alcohols and aliphatic alcohols in textiles by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GC-MS) coupled with a simulated indoor environment release chamber, an air Toxic adsorption tube trap and a secondary thermal desorption process was developed. The linear range of the method is wide, the detection limit and the reproducibility of the test results can meet the requirements of the determination of VOCs in textiles, which can be used to determine the amount of aromatic alcohols and aliphatic alcohols release in textiles.
