摘要
美国Families and Schools Together(FAST)项目以家庭、学校和社区协作的方式为家长提供家庭教育指导,有效促进了家长参与儿童教育,提高了家长的家庭教育水平。文章分别对项目的产生与发展、理论基础、实施主体、实施进程、质量保障及项目效果进行概述,在总体分析的基础上提出了四点启示:关注弱势群体,以家长教育促进教育公平;建立合作关系,以家校社协作推进家长教育;聚焦教育对象,以家长为中心设计家长教育;重视活动质量,以严格评估保障家长教育有效性。
The Families and Schools Together(FAST)Program in the United States provides family education guidance to parents in the form of family,school and community cooperation,which effectively promotes parents'participation in children's education and raises the quality of parents'family education.The article summarizes the origin and development of the program,the theoretical foundations,the implementation subjects,the implementation process,quality assurance and the program effect.Based on the overall analysis,it puts forward four enlightenment:paying attention to the disadvantaged groups,promoting educational equity through parent education;establishing cooperative relations,promoting parent education through family,school and community cooperation;focusing on the object of education,designing parent education with parents as the center;attaching importance to the quality of activities,ensuring the effectiveness of parent education through rigorous evaluation.
