摘要
当今中国教师教育研究兴起,为了与国外对标我国教师教育的研究方法,本文选取中外各五本教师教育研究的权威期刊,将教师教育研究方法分为思辨研究和实证研究两大类,并将后者区分为定量研究、质性研究和混合研究,归类整理2014-2018年的目标期刊,比较分析中外教师教育研究方法的特征规律。研究发现,我国思辨研究种类丰富,是教师教育的主流方法;国外实证研究的质性研究占据主导地位。通过比较研究还发现,国内注重思辨研究,国外注重实证研究;国内研究方法较为聚焦,国外相对多元;国内注重行动研究,国外注重案例研究。最后提出了教师教育研究方法需要更加多元、教师教育研究主题呼唤现代性、建构中国特色的教师教育研究范式等三大建议。
Nowadays,teacher education research in China is rising.In order to compare the research methods of teacher education in China with foreign countries,this paper selected separately five authoritative journals of teacher education research in China and foreign countries,divided the research methods of teacher education into two major categories:speculative research and empirical research,with the latter consisted of quantitative research,qualitative research and mixed research,classifies and sorts out the target journals from 2014 to 2018,compares and analyzes the characteristics and laws of the research methods of teacher education in China and foreign countries.The research found that there are many kinds of speculative research in our country,which is firmly in the mainstream method of teacher education.Qualitative research of foreign empirical research dominates.Through comparative study,it is also found that China pays attention to speculative research while foreign countries pay attention to empirical research.Domestic research methods are relatively focused,while foreign research methods are relatively diversified.Domestic focus on action research,foreign focus on case studies;Finally,three suggestions are put forward:the research methods of teacher education need to be more diversified,the research themes of teacher education call for modernity,and the construction of a research paradigm of teacher education with Chinese characteristics.
