胸腔镜下肺癌根治术治疗老年非小细胞肺癌的效果研究

Effect of thoracoscopic radical mastectomy for elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer

目的研究胸腔镜下肺癌根治术治疗老年非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法选取本院2014年2月至2019年2月收治的125例肺癌患者作为研究对象,依据手术方式的不同,分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者60例,采用开胸手术治疗;观察组患者65例,采用胸腔镜下肺癌根治术。对比两组研究对象的手术成功率、输血总量、手术时间、引流总量、留置引管时间及术后并发症发生率与患者术后1年生存率。结果观察组手术成功率与对照组手术成功率比较差异无统计学意义,观察组手术中输血总量、手术时间、引流总量、留置引管时间等指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后1年存活率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胸腔镜下开展肺癌根治术治疗老年非小细胞肺癌,疗效显著,术中输血量小,手术时间较短,引流总量少,留置引管时间短,同时术后并发症发生率也较小,患者术后1年存活率也较高,值得大力推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of radical resection of lung cancer under video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery in treatment of elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 125 cases of patients with lung cancer who treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the different surgical methods.The control group of 60 cases were treated with thoracotomy,while the observation group of 65 cases were received radical resection of lung cancer under video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery.Then the success rate of operation,total blood transfusion,operation time,total drainage,indwelling catheter time,the incidence of postoperative complications and one-year survival rate were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the success rate between the observation group and the control group,the total amount of blood transfusion,operation time,total drainage,indwelling catheter time and other indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the survival rate for one year of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The radical resection of lung cancer under video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery in treatment of elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer,which the clinical effects are significant,the intraoperative blood transfusion is small,the operation time is short,the total amount of drainage is small,the indwelling catheter time is short,and the incidence of complications is small,and the one-year survival rate of patients is also high,thus it is worthly promoting vigorously.
