小儿急性喘息性支气管炎应用布地奈德联合异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗的效果观察

Effect of budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide aerosol inhalation on acute asthmatic bronchitis in children

目的研究将布地奈德与异丙托溴铵溶液联合进行雾化吸入治疗应用于小儿急性喘息性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法选取2017年3月至2018年3月于本院进行治疗的急性喘息性支气管炎小儿128例作为研究对象,采取数字随机分组方式分成观察组和对照组,各64例。两组患儿均给予对症抗感染、止咳平喘的常规治疗,观察组则在常规治疗基础上使用布地奈德联合异丙托溴铵进行雾化吸入治疗;对照组在常规治疗基础上使用布地奈德进行雾化吸入治疗。治疗5 d后,观察对比两组患儿临床治疗总有效率以及临床症状消失时间。结果治疗后,观察组患儿治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿临床症状消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用布地奈德联合异丙托溴铵溶液雾化吸入治疗小儿急性喘息支气管炎,可有效改善患儿临床症状,疗效确切,康复更快。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide solution in the treatment of acute asthmatic bronchitis in children.Methods 128 children with acute asthmatic bronchitis who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,64 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment of anti-infection,relieving cough and relieving asthma.The observation group was treated with budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide on the basis of routine treatment.The control group was treated with budesonide on the basis of routine treatment.After 5 days of treatment,the total clinical treatment and disappearance time of clinical symptomsof the two groups was observed and compared.Results After different treatment methods,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference between the groups was obvious,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with compound ipratropium bromide solution can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with acute asthmatic bronchitis,with definite curative effect and quicker recovery.
