影响尿液检验分析前质量的主要因素及应对措施探讨

Discussion on the main factors affecting the quality of urine test before analysis and countermeasures

目的研究分析影响尿液检验分析前质量的主要因素及应对措施。方法随机选取本院2016年7月至2018年7月予以检验的78例尿液样本,对其开展回顾性分析。对尿液样本在接收时存在的问题进行明确与整理,并作相关处理方案总结。结果78例尿液样本中经检验分析前发现存在样本受污染、容器不合格、样本标记不清、样本采集时间不合理、样本量不足、样本送检时间不合理等因素影响。结论尿液检验分析前存在的问题与不足在影响样本质量的同时会使检验结果失去精准性,不能有效为后续治疗方案的制定提供可靠、有力的依据,因此相关检验部门在尿液送检前,应确保尿液管理环节的规范化与科学化。

Objective To study and analyze the main factors affecting the quality of urine test before analysis and the countermeasures.Methods A total of 78 urine samples from July 2016 to July 2018 in our hospital were randomly selected for retrospective analysis.The problems existing in the receipt of urine samples are clarified and collated,and the relevant treatment schemes are summarized.Results Among the 78 urine samples,the samples were found to be contaminated,the containers were unqualified,the samples were unclear,the sample collection time was unreasonable,the sample size was insufficient,and the sample inspection time was unreasonable.Conclusion The problems and deficiencies before the analysis of urine test will affect the quality of the sample and will make the test result lose precision.It can not effectively provide a reliable and powerful basis for the formulation of the follow-up treatment plan.Therefore,the relevant inspection department will check the urine before the test.It should ensure the standardization and scientific management of the urine management.
