蒙药在化疗引起的口腔溃疡中的应用研究

Application of Mongolian medicine in Chemotherapy-induced oral ulcer

目的:观察蒙药在化疗引起的口腔溃疡防治中的应用效果,为蒙药在化疗并发口腔溃疡中的应用积累临床应用案例,并为蒙药的推广应用提供护理措施支持。方法:选取100例化疗引起的口腔溃疡患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各50例。治疗组采用蒙药外用溃疡散治疗,对照组采用常规药物治疗,持续治疗15d,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为84%和50%,两组数据对比差异具有统计意义。治疗组创面愈合平均时间显著短于对照组,治疗组显著疗效患者总占比为42%,对照组显著疗效患者占比为12%。结论:蒙药应用于化疗引起的口腔溃疡疗效显著,创面愈合时间显著短于常规治疗方法,极具临床推广应用意义。

Objective:Observe the effect of Mongolian medicine in the prevention and treatment of oral ulcer caused by chemotherapy.Accumulate clinical application cases of Mongolian medicine in chemotherapy complicated with oral ulcer,and to provide nursing measures for the promotion and application of Mongolian medicine.Methods:100 patients with oral ulcer caused by chemotherapy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 patients in both groups.The treatment group was treated with Mongolian medicine ulcer powder for external use,while the control group was treated with conventional medicine for 15 days.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 84% and 50%,respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.The average healing time of the wounds in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.The total proportion of patients with significant therapeutic effect in the treatment group was 42%,while that in the control group was 12%.Conclusion:Mongolian medicine is effective in treating oral ulcer caused by chemotherapy,and the healing time of internal wound is significantly shorter than that of conventional treatment,which has great clinical significance.
