以蒙医临床本科多站式考核为导向的蒙医临床技能中心建设的探索

Exploration on the construction of Mongolian medical clinical skills center guided by OSCE of Mongolian medical clinical undergraduates

目的:临床技能是检验蒙医学专业本科生人才培养的重要指标,技能是通过实践而形成的解决疾病的能力,是蒙医学生必备的最基本、最核心的能力。为提高蒙医本科毕业生临床能力,我们进行了蒙医学专业本科毕业生临床技能多站式考核初步探索,以促进蒙医学专业教学质量全面提高。方法:对我校2018届蒙医学和蒙西医结合专业应届毕业生,采用多站式技能考评方法,评估学生临床技能掌握情况。结果:蒙西医结合理论课考试成绩和各站成绩均高于蒙医专业,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);各站成绩均与理论课成绩呈正相关关系,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:蒙医临床技能多站式考核值得教学推广,应以蒙医临床本科多站式考核为导向,加强蒙医临床技能中心建设。

Objective:Clinical skills are an important indicator of training undergraduates majoring in Mongolian medicine.Skills are the ability to solve diseases through practice,and they are the most basic and core abilities of Mongolian medical students.In order to improve the clinical ability of Mongolian medical undergraduates,we have carried out a preliminary exploration of OSCE of Mongolian medical undergraduates,in order to promote the overall improvement of teaching quality of Mongolian medical specialty.Method:In order to evaluate the students"clinical skills mastery,the OSCE method was adopted for the 2018 graduates of Mongolian Medicine and Mongolian-Western Medicine.Result:There was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the results of the examination and the scores of each station in the theoretical course of the combination of Mongolian and Western medicine,and there was a positive correlation between the scores of each station and the scores of the theoretical course,with a significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:The OSCE of Mongolian medical clinical skills is worth teaching promotion.The OSCE of Mongolian medical clinical undergraduates should be guided to strengthen the construction of Mongolian medical clinical skills center.
