国家创新驱动背景下化学化工类学生创新能力提升策略研究

A Study on the Strategy of Promoting the Innovative Ability of Chemical and Chemical Engineering Students under the Background of National Innovation

创新是推动人类社会向前发展,推动一个国家和民族向前发展的重要力量。中共中央、国务院印发的《国家创新驱动发展战略纲要》指出,要坚持人才为先,要把人才作为创新的第一资源,要不断创新人才培养模式。本文根据文件提出的总体思路和主要目标,分析了创新驱动背景下创新人才的基本特征,并针对化学化工类技术与产业的特点,提出了多层次化学化工类创新能力提升策略和多模式创新人才培养体系。

Innovation is not only an important force to promote the development of human society,but also an important force to promote the development of a country and nation.The Central Committee and the State Council issued the Outline of the National Innovation-Driven Development Strategy.The outline points out that it is necessary to keep talents as the first resource of innovation and constantly innovate the pattern of personnel training.According to the general idea and main goal of the outline,this paper comprehensively analyzes the basic characteristics of innovative talents under the background of innovation drive,and according to the characteristics of the chemical and chemical technology and industry,puts forward the multi-level chemical engineering innovation ability promotion strategy and multi-mode innovation personnel training system.
