教育和卫生规划是佛得角圣文森特岛海洋经济特区规划项目的重要组成部分,本文对佛得角,特别是圣文森特岛的教育和卫生事业发展情况进行了详尽分析,并结合特区发展需要,提出有建设性的规划建议。
Education and health planning is an important part of the Special Marine Economic Zone Planning of Saint Vincent,Republic of Cape Verde.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the development of education and health in the Republic of Cape Verde,especially in Saint Vincent Island,and puts forward constructive planning proposals according to the development needs of the special marine economic zone.
