The Time Value and Its Practical Path of Country Elite in Precision Poverty Alleviation in Rural Areas

乡贤群体是参与精准扶贫的关键群体之一,应重视农村乡贤群体在精准扶贫中的特殊作用。但是,随着社会经济的发展,乡贤精英群体流失,乡贤群体及其所衍生的乡贤文化的功能在我国农村逐渐式微,乡贤群体在农村治理和精准扶贫中的时代价值的发挥严重受限。正视当代乡贤群体在精准扶贫视域下的时代价值及其现实困境,探索发挥乡贤群体精准扶贫效益及其时代价值的实践路径,是当前打赢脱贫攻坚战的重要课题。

The Country elite is one of the key groups in precise poverty alleviation in rural areas of China.We should pay attention to the special role of the Country elite in rural areas.However,with the development of social economy and the loss of the elite group,the function of the elite group and its derivative culture is gradually declining in China’s rural areas.It is an important issue to explore the value and practical path of the elite group in the precise poverty alleviation in China’s rural areas.Therefore,this paper explores the value of the times and the dilemma of realizing the precise poverty alleviation,and then puts forward the practical path of giving full play to the benefits of poverty alleviation.
