论高职教育与社区教育融合——以石家庄职业技术学院为例

On the Integration of the Higher Vocational Education and Community Education——Taking Shijiazhuang University of Applied Technology as an Example

高职教育与社区教育融合是它们的交往、融通、协作或统一,是高职教育的社区化与高职教育的专业化。高职教育与社区教育的融合有利于高职教育形成厚重的办学土壤,有助于为教师提供更多参与社会的机会,有利于学生创业就业,有利于他们“做中学”,提高实践能力。有必要通过政策配套、构建机制、分层推动诸策略,积极探索并切实推进高职教育与社区教育的有机融合。

The integration of higher vocational education and community education is their communication,integration-connection,cooperation or unification,and is the communitization and specialization of the higher vocational education.The integration is conducive to make the deep soil of school-running and provide more chances to the teachers to join the society.The integration is conducive to start up business and get a job of student,to learn in practicing and improve the practical ability.For the integration of higher vocational education and community education,matched policy is precondition,initiative exploring is base,formation of system is guarantee,stepwise propelling is basic method and summarizing is important strategy.
