中药调控肠道菌群防治脂代谢紊乱相关疾病的研究进展

Research Progress of Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Preventing Lipid Metabolism Disorder Diseases by Regulating Gut Microbiota

探究有效调节脂代谢的治疗靶点和方法是防治脂代谢紊乱相关疾病的重点研究方向,肠道菌群失衡与脂代谢紊乱相关疾病的发生发展密切相关。中医药化学成分复杂,在调节肠道菌群方面有明显优势,越来越广泛地被应用于脂代谢紊乱疾病的防治。本文对高脂血症、肥胖、非酒精性脂肪肝、动脉粥样硬化等脂代谢紊乱相关疾病与肠道菌群的相关性进行阐述,并对基于肠道菌群的中医药防治该疾病研究进展进行综述,以期为中药防治脂代谢紊乱相关疾病寻找新思路,为临床诊治及深入研究提供参考。

Exploring therapeutic targets and methods for effectively regulating lipid metabolism is the key research direction for prevention and treatment of lipid metabolism disorders diseases.Gut microbiota imbalance is closely related to the occurrence of lipid metabolism disorders,and traditional Chinese medicine is more and more widely used in the prevention and treatment of these diseases.Therefore,it is a new idea to explore the traditional Chinese medicine with regulating gut microbiota for the prevention and treatment of lipid metabolism disorders.In this paper,the correlation between lipid metabolism disorders(hyperlipidemia,obesity,non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,atherosclerosis)and gut microbiota was discussed.Then,the research progress on the prevention and treatment of this disease by TCM based on gut microbiota was reviewed,in order to find research direction of lipid metabolism disorders diseases and provide references for clinic and further research.
