Research Progress on the Chemicals and Biological Functions in Bryophytes

摘要 苔藓植物是现存最早的陆生植物,在分类学上界于藻类和蕨类之间,包括苔纲、藓纲和角苔纲三大类群。其中只有苔类植物含有油体,并含有丰富的倍半萜,二萜类化合物和以联苄,双联苄为代表的芳香类化合物,它们有着诸如抗肿瘤活性,抗真菌活性,抗氧化活性,化感作用,昆虫拒食,酶抑制等重要的生物学活性。本文结合国内外研究现状以及本课题组研究进展,对苔藓植物化学生物学研究作出总结,为苔藓植物的研究利用提供有益参考。 Bryophytes are the earliest in land plant phylogenies,and are taxonomically placed between the algae and the pteridophytes.Bryophytes include three groups of classes,namely the Marchantiophyta(liverworts),Bryophyta(mosses)and Anthocerotophyta(hornworts).Of these,liverworts have cellular oil bodies and have plenty of sesqui-and diterpenoids,and aromatic compounds like bibenzyls.Those materials exhibit important biological properties,such as antitumor,antifungal,antioxidantive,allelopathic,insect antifeedant,and enzyme inhibitory effects.Based on the research status at home and abroad and the research progress of this research group,this paper summarizes the chemical biology research of bryophytes and provides a useful reference for the research and utilization of bryophytes.
