贵阳国际金融中心1号楼竖向变形差分析 被引量:3

Vertical differential deformation analysis of No.1 building for Guiyang International Financial Center

摘要 贵阳国际金融中心1号楼为高度375.1m的超限高层建筑,采用带高位转换的钢管混凝土柱框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构体系,竖向变形差引起结构内力重分布,其影响不可忽略。为研究其施工过程和使用过程中的竖向变形差,采用软件SAP2000,调用非线性分析模块,考虑混凝土的收缩和徐变,进行了施工过程及使用过程的全过程模拟分析。分析结果表明,考虑混凝土的收缩和徐变不影响层高及钢管混凝土柱下料长度,但钢管混凝土柱与核心筒混凝土剪力墙之间的内力重分配效应较大,特别是外框架柱轴力在后期约有20%的增幅,构件及基础设计时应充分考虑各种不利工况。 The No.1 building of Guiyang International Financial Center is an out-of-code high-rise building of 375.1m height.It adopts concrete-filled steel tubular(CFST)column and concrete corewall structural system with the transfer story at high elevation.The vertical differential deformation causes the structural internal forces redistribution and the effection should not be neglected.In order to study the difference of vertical deformation during construction and use,the whole process of construction and use was simulated and analyzed by SAP2000 software and using the non-linear analysis module and considering the shrinkage and creep of concrete.The analysis results show that considering the shrinkage and creep of concrete,the height of story and the length of concrete-filled steel tubular column are not affected,but the redistribution effect of internal force between concrete-filled steel tubular column and concrete shear wall of corewall is larger,especially the increase of axial force of outer frame column is about 20%in the later period,and all kinds of unfavorable working conditions should be fully considered in the design of members and foundations.
