复杂联系的多塔楼间玻璃雨篷结构创新设计

Innovative design of glass canopy structure between multi-tower buildings with complex connections

摘要 建筑造型要求在某4栋超高层塔楼之间设置平面为十字形玻璃雨篷。玻璃雨篷骨架采用单层网格钢结构体系,周边与4栋塔楼相互连接,上部覆盖夹胶安全玻璃。为了解决多塔楼和雨篷的相互影响,创新性地对雨篷周边支座进行了研发,提出一种具有“相对隔离”和“保险丝”作用的U形钢板支座。采用通用有限元软件Strand7,在竖向荷载、水平风荷载、温度及地震作用下对雨篷进行了承载能力极限状态分析和正常使用极限状态分析。计算结果表明,在应用U形钢板支座的情况下,雨篷不仅具有良好的承载能力和变形性能,同时还最大限度地隔离了对塔楼的影响。这种节点为解决此类问题提供了一种高效、经济且简单的解决方案。 Architectural modeling requires the installation of a cross-shaped glass canopy between four super high-rise tower buildings.Covered with laminated safety glass,this canopy adopts a single-layer steel grid as its frame structural system,and the surroundings are connected with the four towers.In order to solve the coupled deformation effects between multi-tower buildings and the canopy,the surrounding supports of the canopy were innovatively researched and then one new U-shaped steel plate support with the functions of“relative isolation”and“fuse”was proposed.The general finite element software Strand7 was used to analyze the ultimate bearing state and the serviceability limit state of the canopy under various loading cases,including vertical load,horizontal wind load,temperature load and the earthquake action.The numerical results indicate that the canopy has good bearing capacity and deformation performance by using innovative U-shaped bearing supports and reduces the impact on the towers.This kind of support provides an efficient,economical and simple approach to such problems.
