摘要
目前广州周大福金融中心为广州第一高楼,其基坑范围广、深度大,且周边环境复杂,根据分段施工的要求,分为4个相对独立的基坑进行开挖。根据地质情况、周边环境、支撑条件的不同,采用了内撑、土钉墙、桩锚等支护方案。采用理正深基坑设计软件进行了计算分析,同时依据有关规范制定了基坑监测方案,对监测结果进行了整理,并与理论计算值进行对比分析,结果表明本基坑支护合理、可行;此外,对基坑开挖过程中地铁隧道的变形进行监测,监测结果表明,基坑的施工不影响地铁运营与隧道安全。
Guangzhou Chow Tai Fook(CTF)Financial Centre is the tallest building in Guangzhou,China.Its foundation pits are deep and have the large scope,and the surroundings around the foundation pit are complicated.Based on the requirements of the section construction,the foundation pits were divided into four individual parts to excavate.According to the difference of geological conditions,surroundings conditions and supporting conditions,different retaining and protection structures,such as strutted retaining structure,soil nailing wall and composite soil nailing wall,were applied.Lizheng deep excavations design software was used to conduct theoretical calculation and analysis.Meanwhile,the foundation pit monitoring scheme was determined by related standards.The monitoring results were analyzed and compared with theoretical results.Results show that the retaining and protection methods are reasonable.Besides,the deformation of the subway tunnel was also monitored.Monitoring results show that the construction of foundation pit does not affect the subway operation and tunnel safety.
