摘要
淋病是由淋病奈瑟菌引起的一种性传播疾病,其感染率高,传染性强。淋病奈瑟菌菌体结构复杂,抗原变异性较强,对抗生素的耐药率不断上升,多重耐药表型也广泛出现,导致淋病治疗后易复发。因此,淋病疫苗的研发成了从源头上预防和杜绝淋病的重要环节。本文从淋病奈瑟菌的蛋白组学疫苗、糖组学相关的疫苗和DNA疫苗等方面的研究进展进行综述,为淋病疫苗的研制提供思路和理论依据。
Gonorrhea is a sexually transmitted disease caused by Neisseria gonorrhoeae,which has a high rate of infection and which is highly contagious.N.gonorrhoeae has a complex structure,extensive antigenic variability,and increasing resistance to antibiotics.The multidrug-resistant phenotype of N.gonorrhoeae is widespread,readily leading to recurrence after treatment of gonorrhea.Therefore,the development of gonorrhea vaccines has become an important part of preventing and eliminating gonorrhea at the source.This review summarizes advances in research proteomics vaccines,glycomics-related vaccines,and DNA vaccines against N.gonorrhoeae,and it provides ideas and a theoretical basis for the development of gonorrhea vaccines.
