复方钩藤降压方治疗气郁型老年高血压合并抑郁的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Compound Gouteng Jiangya Decoction(复方钩藤降压方)in the Treatment of Senile Hypertension complicated with Depression due to Qi Depression

目的:观察复方钩藤降压方治疗气郁型老年人高血压合并抑郁的疗效。方法:将107例气郁型老年人高血压合并抑郁患者随机分为对照组与治疗组。对照组54例,采用帕罗西汀、卡托普利常规治疗。治疗组53例,在对照组基础上采用复方钩藤降压方治疗。5周为1个疗程,1个疗程后比较患者的血压值、中医证候评分、抑郁状态评分及不良事件发生情况,并对两组临床疗效进行评价。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.23%,对照组总有效率为79.63%,治疗组的疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组患者的血压情况、中医证候评分、抑郁状态评分均显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血压值、中医证候评分、抑郁状态评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方钩藤降压方治疗气郁型老年高血压合并抑郁,临床疗效显著,一般无不良反应发生。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Compound Gouteng Jiangya Decoction(复方钩藤降压方,CGTJYD)on senile hypertension complicated with depression due to Qi depression.Methods:107 elderly patients with hypertension and depression of Qi depression were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.54 cases in the control group were treated with paroxetine and captopril.53 cases in the treatment group were treated with CGTJYD on the basis of the control group.Five weeks was a course of treatment.After one course of treatment,the blood pressure,TCM syndrome score,depression score and adverse events were compared,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.23%,and that of the control group was 79.63%,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood pressure,TCM syndrome score and depression state score of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood pressure value,TCM syndrome score and depression state score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Gouteng Jiangya Decoction is effective in treating senile hypertension with depression of Qi-depression type,with no adverse reactions.
