北方白菜型冬油菜经济性状与含油量等品质性状的相关性

Economic Characters and Correlation with Oil Content and Other Quality Traits in Winter Rape of Brassica campestris in Northern

为研究北方白菜型冬油菜经济性状与含油量和蛋白质含量的相关性。本研究采用20个白菜型冬油菜品种(系)检测经济性状和种子品质性状,对经济性状改良潜力、经济性状间、经济性状与品质性状间相关性进行分析。结果表明:北方白菜型冬油菜经济性状改良潜力大,其中千粒重改良潜力38.07%,全株结角数126.39%;千粒重与含油量呈极显著正相关,与蛋白质含量呈显著负相关(R=0.321,-0.232);全株结角数与蛋白质含量呈显著正相关,相关系数0.280。北方白菜型冬油菜品种(系)经济性状差异显著,改良潜力大;含油量受千粒重影响较大,蛋白质含量受全株结角数影响较大。本研究结论初步表明通过改良千粒重和全株结角数对北方白菜型冬油菜含油量和蛋白质含量分别进行改良是可行的。

In order to study the correlation between the economic characters and the content of oil and protein in Brassica campestris in the north of China. In this research, the economic characters and seed quality characters of20 winter rape varieties(lines) of Brassica campestris were detected and the improvement potential of economic traits, correlation between economic traits and correlation between economic traits and quality traits were analyzed. The results showed that the improvement potential of economic characters of Brassica campestris was great, among which the improvement potential of 1 000-grain weight was 38.07%, and the number of whole plant number of strains was 126.39%;The 1 000-grain weight was significantly positively correlated with oil content,while the 1 000-grain weight was negatively correlated with protein content(R =0.321,-0.232). There was a significant positive correlation between the number of whole plant number of strains and protein content, and the correlation coefficient was 0.280. The economic characters of Brassica campestris varieties(lines) were significantly different in the north of China, and the potential of improvement was great;The oil content was greatly affected by1 000-grain weight, and the protein content was greatly affected by the number of strains of the whole plant. The preliminary conclusions of this study declared that it is feasible to improve the oil content and protein content of Brassica rape by improving the 1 000-grain weight and the strains number of whole plant.
