摘要
葡萄果实营养丰富,具有鲜食和加工价值。本研究利用ISSR标记对30个葡萄品种的遗传关系和遗传多样性进行了分析。结果表明:12条ISSR引物共扩增出249个位点,其中多态性位点225个。遗传多样性的主要指标多态性位点比率(PPB)为90.36%,Na为1.903 6,Ne为1.356 8,He为0.239 1,I为0.383 6,遗传相似性系数(Gs)为0.482~0.972。结果说明,30个品种间存在较丰富的遗传多样性。采用UPGMA聚类法将30个品种按GS 0.672分为二大类。UPGMA聚类结果与地理来源有关,与果皮颜色和成熟期无关。
Grape fruit is rich in nutrition and can be eaten fresh and processed. The genetic relationships and genetic diversity of 30 grape cultivars were analyzed by ISSR markers in this study. The results showed that a total of 249 sites were amplified by PCR from 12 ISSR primers, of which 225 were polymorphic loci. The ratio of polymorphism loci(PPB), Na, Ne, He and I were 90.36%, 1.903 6, 1.356 8, 0.239 1 and 0.383 6, respectively. The genetic similar coefficient(Gs) was 0.482~0.972. These results indicated that 30 grape cultivars had abundant genetic diversity. 30 cultivars were divided into 2 groups at GS 0.672 based on UPGMA method. The results of UPGMA cluster were relevant to geographical origin and were not relevant to the peel color and maturation stage.
