改进助教管理工作的路径探究——基于浙江大学数学科学学院助教制度实践的调查研究

摘要 浙江大学数学科学学院在学校率先进行了助教制度的实践与探索,并取得了良好的效果,受到了学校各大新闻平台的报道,在全校范围内引起了广泛关注起到了示范效应。为了接下来更好地开展助教管理工作,我们不断总结经验与教训,通过问卷调查和深度访谈的形式进行了广泛调研,探究进一步改进助教管理工作的措施,切实保障数学公共课的教学质量,助力学校的“双一流”建设。 The School of Mathematical Science of Zhejiang University has taken the lead in the practice and exploration of the teaching assistant system in the school,and has achieved good results.It has been reported by the major news platforms of the university,and has aroused wide attention and played a demonstration role throughout the school.In order to better carry out the teaching assistant management,we constantly sum up experience and lessons,conduct extensive research through ques?tionnaire survey and in-depth interviews,explore measures to further improve the teaching assistant management,effectively guarantee the teaching quality of Public Mathematics courses,and help the school to build up as"Double First-rate'*.
