摘要
本文通过对高校研究生培养质量方面的研究,探究财经类院校研究生培养质量中存在的主要问题和关键影响因素.结合财经类院校研究生培养实际情况,建设有效的研究生培养质量的保障体系架构,为构建高层次人才培养质量保障提供依据.
By the research on the quality guarantee of graduate education,the main problems and the influencing factors of the quality guarantee system of graduate education are explored in this paper.Combining with the reality of graduate education in finance and economics colleges,a reasonable and effective framework of graduate education quality guarantee system is established,which provides a basis for the construction of the quality guarantee of graduate education in universities.
