This paper probes into the connection between the training scheme of civil engineering professionals in colleges and universities and the licensing qualification examination,and puts forward that there should be five links between the training scheme of civil engineering professionals and the licensing qualification examination,namely,the connection of public basic courses,professional basic courses,professional courses,comprehensive abilities and examination methods.Teachers in colleges and universities can carry out case teaching to improve students'comprehensive ability,and open-book examination can be used to test students'ability to apply knowledge.
