独立学院教师投入教学育人工作的对策研究——以杭州师范大学钱江学院为例

Research on the Countermeasure of Teachers’ Involvement in Teaching and Education in Independent Colleges——Take Hangzhou Normal University Qianjiang College as an example

独立学院在读大学生思想活跃,课外活动积极,教师有效开展教学育人工作有一定挑战。教师对学生专业素养和人格塑造有非常重要的引导作用。本文以校内师生问卷调查和访谈的发现为素材,捕捉教师投入教学育人工作的现状,分析影响教师有效投入教学育人的因素,进而提出加强教师有效投入教学育人的若干对策。

Independent college students are usually smart in mind and active in social life.Since their flexibility,it is a chal-lenge for teachers to teach students'knowledge as wellas cultivate their personalities.It is indeed thatteachers play an essential role in guiding students'professionalquality acquisitionandpersonality cultivation.Based on theresultofquestionnaire survey and interview between teachers and students in Hangzhou Normal University Qianjiang College,this paper depicts the current situation of teachers'input in teaching students'knowledge and cultivating their personalities.Then it analyzes the factors af-fecting teachers'effective input in teaching and cultivating.Finally some strategies are put forward to strengthen teachers'ef-fective input in teaching and cultivating.
