高校心理健康教育与思政教育的融合探析

日新月异的现代社会中,互联网信息技术的融合推动了社会经济和教育事业的发展。尽管当前的高校教育体制和教学条件得到了极大的调整和改善,但忽视了对学生心理健康的关注。经济发展使学生的生活水平提升,接触到的人和事物更加广泛,其中不乏一些不良品质和习惯的表现,这这种不健康思想的影响下,学生的价值观可能偏离正确轨道。这对学生的是非辨别能力提出了较高的要求,也侧面说明了高校心理健康教育工作应该与思想政治教育工作结合推进,将二者有效融合起来,实现高校学生的全面健康成长。思想政治教育只是对学生外在行为规范起到合适的引导和指导作用,而心理健康教育才能真正去贴近学生的内心想法和真实感受,了解学生在情感表达和良性互动方面存在的缺失。

With the rapid development of modern society,the integration of Internet information technology promotes the de-velopment of social economy and education.Although the current university education system and teaching conditions have been greatly adjusted and improved,the attention to students'mental health has been neglected.Economic development im-proves students'living standards and exposes them to a wider range of people and things.Among them,there are some bad qualities and habits.Under the influence of this unhealthy thought,students'values may deviate from the right track.This puts forward a higher requirement for students'ability to distinguish right from wrong.It also shows that mental health education in colleges and universities should be combined with ideological and political education to promote the effective integration of the two,so as to achieve the overall and healthy growth of college students.Ideological and political education can only play an appropriate role in guiding and guiding students'external behavior norms,while mental health education can really close to students'inner thoughts and true feelings,and understand the students'lack of emotional expression and positive interaction.
