供给侧改革视域下大学生创业问题与对策分析——以京津冀为例

Analysis of College Students’ Entrepreneurship Problems and Countermeasures in the Perspective of Supply-side Reform——Take Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei as an example

供给侧结构性改革是调动大众创业万众创新的首要条件,是新时代保障人才供给的要求。通过调研大学生在创业过程中存在的问题,提炼出影响大学生创业的主客观因素,从供给侧结构性改革的视角提出提升大学生创业有效性的对策,为培养创新型人才提出改革的思路。

The structural reform of the supply side is the first condition to mobilize the innovation of the masses,and it is also the requirement to guarantee the supply of talents in the new era.By investigating the problems existing in the process of col-lege students'entrepreneurship,this paper extracts the subjective and objective factors that affect college students'entreprene-urship,and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of college students'entrepreneurship from the per-spective of supply-side structural reform,and puts forward the reform ideas for cultivating innovative talents.
