浅谈中等职业学校的家校合作

On Home-School Cooperation in Secondary Vocational Schools

所谓家校合作是指教育者与家长共同教育孩子,加强家校联系形成家校合作共同体。教育孩子的责任并不仅仅在于学校教师,更在于家长和社会的影响,方方面面都决定着孩子的教育环境。随着科技发展和文明的进步,信息技术的多元化带来了生活的日新月异,同时也影响着教育领域,从而家校合作一体化已成为当下教育的必然趋势。只有将家庭教育和学校教育形成统一的整体,才能达到育人的目的,给孩子们创造一个良好的教育环境。家校合作是实现教育目标的纽带,本文基于中等职业学校家校合作教育的现状以及存在的问题,对此进行详细的分析,从而提出有效的解决对策。

The so-called home-school cooperation refers to educators and parents educating children together,strengthening the home-school relationship to form a home-school cooperation community.The responsibility of educating children lies not only in school teachers,but also in the influence of parents and society,which determines the educational environment of chil-dren in all aspects.With the development of science and technology and the progress of civilization,the diversification of in-formation technology has brought about rapid changes in life,but also affected the field of education,so the integration of home-school cooperation has become an inevitable trend of education.Only by forming a unified whole of family education and school education can we achieve the goal of educating people and create a good educational environment for children.Home-school cooperation is the link to realize the educational goal.Based on the present situation and existing problems of home-school cooperation education in secondary vocational schools,this paper makes a detailed analysis of this,and puts for-ward effective countermeasures.
