莱赛尔与丝光棉混纺产品化学定量的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 在纤维含量检测的过程中,莱赛尔纤维与丝光棉混纺的产品经常出现溶解困难的问题。通过对比标准中给出的丝光棉和莱赛尔混纺针织产品的定量方法,结合莱赛尔纤维溶解的难易程度、丝光棉的丝光程度以及丝光棉和莱赛尔混纺产品经过柔软剂整理的效果3个方面的因素,探讨不同工艺莱赛尔与丝光棉混纺产品的溶解结果。文章表明,人工震荡改为匀速震荡、适当增加溶解时间、溶解前先剥硅油、剥色前处理,均能提高试验结果的准确性。 In the process of fiber content detection,lyocell fiber and mercerized cotton blended products often have difficulty in dissolution.By comparing the standards given in the mercerized cotton and self blended knitting products of quantitative methods,combining the three factors of the dissolution difficulty of lyocell fiber,mercerization degree of mercerized cotton and the softening effect of mercerized cotton and lyocellr blended products,the dissolution results of the mercerized cotton blended products with different processes are discussed.The results show that the accuracy of the test results can be improved by changing the artificial oscillation to uniform oscillation,increasing the dissolution time appropriately,stripping silicone oil before dissolution and pretreatment before decolorization.
