微弧氧化表面的溶胶-凝胶涂料封孔及其耐腐蚀性研究 被引量:2

摘要 使用紫外光辅助溶胶-凝胶的光化学工艺,在微弧氧化的铝合金纤维表面涂敷一层封孔层,封孔层能够有效地将多孔的微弧氧化膜封闭,显著提高铝合金纤维的耐腐蚀性能。对微弧氧化后和封孔后的铝合金纤维进行电化学分析,结果显示,封孔后铝合金纤维的腐蚀电位从-0.651 V正移至-0.368 V。腐蚀电流密度Icorr从6.02×10^-6A/cm^2降低到9.58×10^-10A/cm^2,极化电阻Rp从5.4×10^3Ω·cm^2增加到4.5× 10^4Ω·cm^2,紫外光处理过的封孔膜层的腐蚀速率显著降低,铝合金纤维的耐腐蚀性能显著提高。 A thin sealing layer was coated on the micro-arc oxidation film of aluminium alloy fiber by photo-chemical sol-gel method assisted underultraviolet light. The sealing layer could seal the porous micro-arc oxidation film completely,with a significant increase of the corrosion resistance of aluminium fiber. The corrosion resistance of the micro-arc oxidation film and sealed layer were analysed by electrochemical workstation,the result showed that the corrosion potential of aluminum alloy fiber was positively shifted form-0. 651 V to-0. 368 V.The corrosion current Icorrwas decreased form 6. 02 × 10^-6 A/cm^2 to 9. 58 × 10^-10 A/cm^2. The polarization impedance Rpwas increased from 5. 4×10^3Ω·cm2 to 4. 5×10^4Ω·cm^2,and the ultraviolet light treated micro-arc oxidation sealing layer provided low corrosion rate,which ensured the beter corrosion resistance property of aluminum fiber.
