摘要
研究胶料中组分对填料分散性的影响。结果表明:普通白炭黑胶料加入配合剂或硅烷偶联剂后有利于填料的分散;高分散性白炭黑的分散性优于普通白炭黑;硅烷偶联剂对无配合剂胶料中的填料分散起促进作用,且对普通白炭黑的促进作用高于高分散性白炭黑;高分散性白炭黑比表面积较大的分散性较差;氧化锌和硬脂酸对胶料中的填料分散起促进作用;炭黑分散性优于白炭黑。
The effect of the components in compounds on the dispersion of fillers was investigated.The results showed that addition of compounding additives or silane coupling agent was beneficial to the silica dispersion in the ordinary silica filler compound.The dispersion of highly dispersible silica was better than that of common grade silica.It was found that addition of silane coupling agent could improve the filler dispersion without any other compounding additive,and the effect was more significant for common grade silica than highly dispersible silica.The silica with larger specific surface area was more difficult to be well dispersed in the compound.Use of zinc oxide and stearic acid could improve the filler dispersion,and the dispersion of carbon black was better than that of silica.
