摘要
[目的]建立液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)检测种菌唑的方法。[方法]以甲醇-水(含0.1%甲酸)作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,选取Agilent ZORBAX Extend C18反相色谱柱,采用多离子反应监测MRM模式,外标法定量。[结果]应用该方法得到的结果显示:种菌唑线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.99,标准偏差为0.02%,变异系数为0.36%,平均回收率为98.3%,最小检出质量浓度为0.1μg/L。[结论]该方法简单、快速、灵敏度高,可用于种菌唑的检测分析。
[Aims] To establish an LC-MS/MS method for determination the concentration of ipconazole. [Methods] The mobile phase was consisted with methanol-water(containing 0.1% formic acid) and a C18 reversed-phase chromatography column was used for the detection. Multi-reaction monitoring MRM positive ion mode and external standard method was adopted for quantitative analysis. [Results] The linear correlation coefficient was better than 0.99 and the standard deviation was 0.02%. The coefficient of variation was 0.36%, with the average recovery of 98.3%, and the minimum detection concentration was achieved at 0.01 μg/L. [Conclusions] The method was simple, quick and sensitive for the detection of ipconazole and it met the analysis requirement.
