摘要
[目的]筛选黄条跳甲防治药剂新配方和防控新技术。[方法]筛选不同药剂配方,采用喷雾法、撒施法等评价田间防效。[结果]哒螨灵与啶虫脒、联苯菊酯与呋虫胺、联苯菊酯与噻虫嗪复配,均对黄条跳甲有明显的增效作用。使用60%哒螨灵·啶虫脒WP 202.5 g a.i./hm^2、20%哒螨灵·啶虫脒ME 90 g a.i./hm^2喷雾以及1.5%联苯菊酯·呋虫胺GR 450 g a.i./hm^2移栽前穴施、1%联苯菊酯·噻虫嗪GR 600 g a.i./hm^2移栽后撒施,防效均可达到80%左右。[结论]上述4组复配药剂均可有效防治黄条跳甲幼虫以及成虫,不同剂型和施药时间对防效有直接影响。
[Aims] The study aims to screen out new alternative formulas and optimal technologies for control of striped flea beetle, Phyllotreta striolata. [Methods] Spraying method and spreading method were applied to evaluate the control effects of these selected candidate pesticides and formulations. [Results] The results indicated that the mixed formulation of pyrimidine/dinitraz, bifenthrin/dinitrofuran and bifenthrin/thiamethoxam brought better control effects and exhibited excellent synergistic effects against P. striolata, comparing with applied those pesticide alone. By using the spraying method with pyridaben·acetamiprid 60% WP(202.5 g a.i./ha) and pyridaben·acetamiprid 20% ME(90 g a.i./ha), hole application with bifenthrinofurfuran 1.5% GR(450 g a.i./ha) before tansplanting and spreading method with bifenthrin·thiamethoxam 1% GR(600 g a.i./ha) after transplanting, the control effects could reach about80%. [Conclusions] The four mixed formulations mentioned above could effectively control the adult and larvae of P. striolata. Furthermore, formulations and application times could have direct influence on the final control effects.
