轮轨润滑对高速道岔曲尖轨磨耗的影响研究 被引量:13

摘要 研究目的:为研究轮轨摩擦系数匹配对曲尖轨磨耗的影响,本文以18号高速道岔为例,结合车辆-道岔耦合动力学仿真计算,研究不同轮轨摩擦系数匹配下,车辆通过转辙器部分时的系统动力响应和轮轨磨耗特性,以期在保证车辆安全通过道岔的前提下,为降低曲尖轨磨耗、延长曲尖轨使用寿命,提供合理的轮轨摩擦控制方案。研究结论:(1)轮轨摩擦控制能有效减缓曲尖轨磨耗,两侧轮轨摩擦系数由0.4降低到0.1~0.25,则钢轨侧磨将减小45%~76%;(2)相比于单侧轮轨润滑,双侧轮轨润滑下,曲尖轨侧磨降低可达40%;(3)轮轨摩擦控制对行车舒适性几乎没有影响,但当轮轨摩擦系数较低时,脱轨系数为0.65,接近安全限值0.8;(4)建议对服役道岔转辙器部分两侧钢轨进行润滑,保证基本轨侧摩擦系数不大于尖轨侧,以减缓曲尖轨磨耗,延长曲尖轨使用寿命。 Research purposes:In order to study the influence of wheel-rail friction coefficient matching on the wear of curved switch rail,this paper takes No.18 type high-speed turnout as an example,combines vehicle-turnout coupling dynamics simulation calculation,the system dynamic response and wheel-rail wear characteristics of the vehicle passing through the switch under different wheel-rail friction coefficients matching are studied in order to provide a reasonable wheel-rail friction control scheme for reducing the wear of the curved switch rail and prolong the service life of the curved switch rail on the premise of ensuring that the vehicle can safely pass through the turnout.Research conclusions:(1)Wheel-rail friction control can effectively reduce the wear of curved switch rail,if the friction coefficient of wheel-rail on both sides is reduced from 0.4 to 0.1~0.25,the rail side wear will be reduced by45%~76%;(2)Compared with single-side wheel-rail lubrication,under double-side wheel-rail lubrication,the wear of switch rail can be reduced by 40%;(3)Wheel-rail friction control has little effect on driving comfort,but when the wheel-rail friction coefficient is low,the derailment coefficient is 0.65,which is close to the safety limit of0.8;(4)It is suggested to lubricate the rails on both sides of the switch in service and to ensure that the friction coefficient on the side of the basic rail is not greater than that on the side of the curved switch rail,so as to reduce the wear of the curved switch rail and prolong the service life of the curved switch rail.
