摘要
以水滴为模板,含氟聚酰亚胺为成膜材料,在聚酰亚胺薄膜的表面引入含氟聚酰亚胺多孔膜,制备了含多孔结构的聚酰亚胺复合薄膜,研究了多孔复合薄膜的成膜条件对其形貌和抗湿性能的影响。结果表明:聚酰亚胺多孔结构的引入使复合薄膜的接触角增加,疏水性增强,吸水率显著降低,在潮湿环境中介电常数的增量较小,复合薄膜的形貌和吸水性能还可通过改变成膜条件进行调节,进而满足不同领域的需求。
Using water droplet as template and fluorinated polyimide as polymer, a polyimide composite film with porous structure was prepared by introducing porous fluorinated polyimide film on the surface of flat polyimide film. The effect of film forming condition on the morphology and moisture resistance of the polyimide composite film was studied. The result show that the introduction of porous structure makes the contact angle and hydrophobicity of the composite film increase and the water absorption decrease significantly, and the dielectric constant increment in moist environment is small. The morphology and water absorption of the composite film can be adjusted by changing the film forming conditions to meet the demand of different fields.
