摘要 目前变电站内跨线的放线方式为张力放线。该工艺是在跨线的一侧横梁上挂完线,在另一侧横梁上设置滑车一个,跨线的紧线侧延伸地面设转向滑车一个,经过转向滑车的钢丝绳与地面夹角不大于30°,最后通过角磨或紧线拖拉机等紧线动力装置进行牵引使导线完成紧线。这个传统工艺的缺点在于横梁投影点至紧线动力装置之间需要很大场地(紧线侧横梁越高则场地越大),场地过大的问题在区域有限的改扩建站中尤为明显,研究了一种能有效缩小紧线场地的新型放线法,可实现从根本上解决这个问题。 At present, tension line-out is the way of wire crossing in substation. This process is to finish hanging the line on the beam on one side of the cross line, set a pulley on the other side of the beam, set a steering pulley on the tight line side of the cross line, and set the angle between the wire rope passing the steering pulley and the ground not more than 30°. Finally through the angle grinding or tight line tractor and other tight line power unit traction, the wire tight line is completed. The disadvantage of this traditional technique is that it requires large site between the projection point of the beam and the power plant of the tight line(the higher the beam on the side of the tight line, the larger the site). The problem of large site is particularly obvious in the limited extension station. This paper presents a new line-out method which can effectively narrow the tight line field and solve the problem.
