通过大数据共享与应用,在企业廉洁建设中综合运用信息化手段构建"一轴多维"廉洁数据防线,即以岗位廉洁风险防范为核心轴,针对多个业务维度开展岗位廉洁风险分析,将传统的监督逻辑转换为预警规则。打造小微权力廉洁风险动态视角库,通过多维数据透视以及数字建模对各视角小微权力廉洁风险进行定位。主动评估以供电所为单位的小微权力廉洁风险指数,通过风险评级和风险画像,实现"小微权力智慧监测"自动预警,瞄准小微权力岗位廉洁风险防范难题,形成风险监督黄线,着力打造小微权力"智慧型廉洁风险防护网"。

Based on the sharing and application of big data, this paper constructs a "one-axis multi-dimensional" integrity data defense line in the integrity construction of enterprises by comprehensively using information technology, that is, taking post integrity risk prevention as the core axis, carrying out post integrity risk analysis for multiple business dimensions, and transforming traditional supervision logic into early warning rules. Create a dynamic perspective library of small and micro power corruption risks, and position small and micro power corruption risks from various perspectives through multi-dimensional data perspective and digital modeling. Take the initiative to evaluate the integrity risk index of small and micro power stations. Through risk rating and risk portrait, automatic early warning of "smart monitoring of small and micro power" will be realized. The problem of integrity risk prevention for small and micro power stations will be targeted. The yellow line of risk supervision will be formed. Efforts will be made to build an "intelligent integrity risk protection network" for small and micro power stations.
