探讨心理护理对肛肠科围手术期患者的影响

目的探讨心理护理对肛肠科围手术期患者的影响。方法从2017年7月~2019年1月时间段内,选取本院收治的180例肛肠类疾病患者,并遵从患者的自身意愿进行分组,将180例患者分为两组即对照组与研究组各90例。给予对照组患者常规的护理方案,研究组于对照组的基础上加入心理护理方案。以观察分析两组患者护理前后的心理状态,即抑郁(SDS)评分的水平变化数值及焦虑(SAS)评分的水平变化数值,并对患者预后的护理治量行研究分析评比,以此研究心理护理对围术期肛肠科患者的影响。结果研究组的SDS、SAS评分的水平变化数值低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组护理质量评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论此次研究中给予围术期肛肠科患者心理护理方案,此次研究的临床护理效果显著,此护理措施能在最大限度上缓解肛肠科患者在围术期产生的负面压力,比如焦虑、烦躁等,确保患者能以积极主动的状态进行治疗以及恢复,使整个围术期的完成率更高,从而改善患者预后的生活,值得在临床中广泛应用普及以及进一步的研究。

Objective To explore the influence of psychological nursing on perioperative patients at anorectal department.Methods From July 2017 to January 2019,180 patients with anorectal diseases admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to their own wishes.180 patients were divided into the control group and the research group,with 90 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care plan,and the research group was added into psychological nursing care plan on the basis of the control group.In order to observe and analyze the psychological state of the two groups and to study the effect of psychological care on perioperative anorectal patients,depression(SDS)score,anxiety(SAS)score and the prognosis of patients with nursing care plan were analyzed and compared.Results The SDS and SAS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing quality score in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For perioperative patients with anorectal diseases,psychological nursing plan has remarkable effect,the nursing intervention can ease negative pressure in perioperative patients,such as anxiety,irritability,etc.,and it also can ensure that patients can be treated and recovered in an active state,the completion rate of the entire perioperative period is higher,so as to improve the prognosis of patients,which is worthy of extensive application in clinical practice and further research.
