帷幕注浆技术在中关铁矿堵水中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 中关铁矿床是埋藏较深的隐伏矿体,矿床顶板为奥陶系中统灰岩,裂隙岩溶发育,富水性强,是典型的矽卡岩型复杂富水矿床。为合理开采矿产资源,有效保护环境水资源,决定采用帷幕注浆技术堵水方案。帷幕注浆设计为全封闭帷幕,帷幕线全长3140 m,注浆孔间距12 m,帷幕体厚度10 m。通过帷幕注浆试验,堵水效果良好,堵水率达80%,满足矿山安全开采条件。采用帷幕注浆堵水是必要的,技术上是可行的,经济上也是非常合理的。 Zhongguan iron deposit is a buried concealed orebody,its roof is Ordovician middle-grade limestone.The fracture in this orebody is developed and have a large amount of fracture water.It is a typical skarn-type complex water-rich deposit.For the rational exploitation of mineral resources and effective protection of environmental water resources,the curtain grouting technology was decided to adopt to block water.The grouting curtain was designed as a fully enclosed curtain.The length of the curtain line was 3140 m,the spacing of the grouting holes was 12 m,and the thickness of the curtain body was 10 m.The test proved that the curtain grouting technology had good water blocking effect,and the water blocking rate reached 80%,which met the safe mining conditions of the mine.Therefore,using curtain grouting was necessary,technically feasible and economically reasonable to block water.
