摘要
为了充分回收某高银金精矿中的银,进行了强化浸出试验。结果表明:提高贫液中氰化钠浓度,有利于提高金、银的浸出率;采用醋酸铅为助浸剂可降低氰化钠的用量;采用碳酸氢铵作为助浸剂,可加速银的溶解,提升银的浸出率;在试样磨至-0.037 mm占95%,加贫液调至浓度为33%,氰化钠浓度为0.9%,浸出过程pH=12,搅拌浸出48 h,联合助浸剂碳酸氢铵+醋酸铅用量为5 kg/t+1 kg/t的情况下,金浸出率达91.2%、银浸出率达86.2%。
In order to fully recovery the silver in a high-silver gold concentrate,an enhanced leaching test was conducted.The results show that increasing the concentration of sodium cyanide in the lean liquid is beneficial to increase the leaching rate of gold and silver.The use of lead acetate as lixiviant aid is beneficial to reduce the amount of sodium cyanide;using ammonium bicarbonate as an aid to accelerate the dissolution of silver can increase the leaching rate of silver;the sample is ground to-0.037 mm 95%,the leaching concentration is 33%,the sodium cyanide concentration is 0.9%,the pH is 12,and agitator for 48 hours.When the amount of ammonium bicarbonate+lead acetate was 5 kg/t+1 kg/t,the gold leaching rate was 91.2%and the silver leaching rate was 86.2%.
