摘要
随着采矿工程不断向深部发展,软岩问题日益突出,软岩巷道支护越来越成为我国地下工程建设的难题。长期以来,巷道支护研究一直未能改变传统的以支护结构为主的被动支护思路,常常导致大量高应力、大变形等复杂地质条件下的巷道支护失败。运用地质学、采矿学、结构力学和材料力学等理论,通过现场工程实践,提出了巷道应力调整支护法的主动支护思路,并对应力调整支护法的基本方法进行了探讨。研究成果在葛泉矿1528工作面回采过程中得到了成功应用,探索出了一套软岩巷道支护的新思路,可为相关领域的类似软岩工程提供借鉴。
With the continuous development of mining engineering,the problem of soft rock has become increasingly prominent,especially the support of soft rock roadway has become a difficult problem in the construction of underground engineering in China.However,for a long time,roadway support research has not been able to change the traditional passive support ideas based on supporting structures,often leading to a large number of high-stress,large deformation and other complex geological conditions failure of roadway support.Based on obove analysis results,by using the theories of geology,mining,structural mechanics and material mechanics,through the field engineering practice,the active support idea of the roadway stress adjustment support method is proposed,and the basic methods of stress adjustment support method are discussed.The research results have been successfully applied in the mining process of the 1528 working face of Gequan Mine,and a new idea of soft rock roadway support was explored,which could provide reference for other soft rock projects in related fields.
