摘要
随着VOCs治理逐渐成为我国大气污染防治的中心工作之一,各种VOCs治理技术已经成功应用于相关工程。介质阻挡放电(DBD)技术作为现阶段前瞻性的治理技术之一,其主要是利用DBD放电技术与前处理工艺和后处理工艺相结合的工艺对废气进行处理,特别适用于浓度低、风量小、排放特殊气味的气体(如H 2S、NH 3、含氮和硫的有机物)且间歇操作的工厂。介绍了DBD技术的放电类型、工作原理,及其在VOCs治理领域的前沿研究方向、当前市场应用情况及其应用工艺流程。目前该技术在恶臭治理方面应用较为广泛,且成果显著,废气排放均达到国家排放标准。
With the VOCs control gradually becoming one of the central work of air pollution prevention and control in China,various VOCs control technologies have been successfully applied to related engineering treatment.Dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)is one of the prospective treatment technologies at the present stage.It mainly uses DBD discharge technology combined with pretreatment process and post-treatment process to treat the exhaust gas,especially for factories with low concentration,low air volume and some special odors,such as H 2S,NH 3,nitrogen and exhaust gas of sulfur organic matter and intermittent operation.Introduces the discharge type and working principle of DBD discharge technology,as well as its frontier research direction in the field of VOCs control,current market application and application process.At present,DBD discharge technology is widely used in odor control,and the results are remarkable.The exhaust emissions meet the national emission standards.
