摘要
为了提高某涂料厂废气净化系统的净化效率,针对介质阻挡放电技术在处理挥发性有机物(VOCs)领域的应用进行了研究。通过采用介质阻挡放电技术结合活性炭,达到了90%以上的VOCs处理效率,实施后涂料厂车间内部工作环境明显改善,排放浓度低于国家标准。研究表明,介质阻挡放电技术应用于有机废气处理工程时,有处理效率高、投资运行成本低和无二次污染的优点,具有广阔的推广应用价值。
In order to improve the efficiency of waste gas purification system in a daub factory,the application of dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)technology in the treatment of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)was studied.By adopting dielectric barrier discharge technology combined with activated carbon,more than 90%of the VOCs treatment efficiency was achieved.After the implementation,the internal working environment of the daub factory was significantly improved,and the emission concentration was lower than the national standard.The research shows that the application of dielectric barrier discharge technology in waste gas treatment engerneering has the advantages of high efficiency,low investment and no secondary pollution,which was worthy of extensive promotion.
