附子不同株系比较试验

摘要 以68份附子株系为研究对象,对农艺性状进行了相关分析、通径分析和灰色关联分析。结果表明,株高与子根数之间达到了显著水平;株高除与茎粗及叶柄长不相关外,与其他性状都有不同程度的相关关系;花枝数几乎与所有地上部分性状都有不同程度的相关性;平均根长、子根数、最大子根质量、子根质量极差均与单株产量有正相关关系。各性状对单株产量直接贡献的大小依次为子根质量极差、最小子根质量、子根数、株高、叶长、茎粗、平均根粗、鲜叶数、平均根长、叶柄长、花枝数、总叶数、叶宽、花穗长、叶柄宽、最大子根质量。灰色关联分析结果表明,关联系数在0.9500及其以上的株系有40个,涵盖了所研究株系的大多数;公顷产量在22.5 t以上的有11个株系。研究结果可为附子新品种选育提供一定的理论依据。 This study took 68 Aconitum carmichaeliiv Debx.strains as research object,the agronomic characters were analyzed by correlation analysis,path analysis and grey relative analysis.The results showed that the number of subroots and plant height were significant difference.Plant height was correlated with other traits in varying degrees,except the stem diameter and petiole length.The number of flower branches was correlated with all aboveground traits.Average root length,number of subroots,maximum subroot quality and range of subroot quality were positively correlated with yield per plant.The direct contribution of each trait to yield per plant was subroot quality range,minimum subroot quality,subroot number,plant height,leaf length,stem diameter,average root diameter,fresh leaves,average root length,petiole length,flower branch number,total leaf number,leaf width,spike length,petiole width and maximum subroot quality.Grey relative analysis result showed that the relation degree of 40 strains was more than 0.9500,covering most of the studied strains.There were 11 strains which the yield exceeded 22.5 t/hm^2.This study can provide a theoretical basis for the breeding of new aconite varieties.
