有机肥和化肥配施生物炭对采煤塌陷区复垦土壤氮素形态的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Organic Fertilizer and Chemical Fertilizer Combined with Biochar on Nitrogen Forms of Reclaimed Soil in Coal Mining Subsidence Area

摘要 以长治市襄垣县王桥镇洛江沟村采煤塌陷区复垦5 a的土壤为研究对象,在化肥和有机肥处理下通过增施生物炭,探讨复垦土壤氮素形态的变化。结果表明,各施肥处理下的复垦土壤氮素含量均高于对照,且均与对照差异显著;在施肥处理下,增施生物炭复垦土壤氮素含量有明显的提高;有机肥+生物炭与单施有机肥处理相比,复垦土壤全氮、碱解氮、硝态氮和微生物量氮的含量分别增加了1.5%,11.1%,20.3%和8.8%;对于酸解性氮组分含量,有机肥+生物炭与单施有机肥处理相比,氨基酸态氮、氨基糖氮、未知态氮的含量分别增加了7.7%,9.2%,3.6%,化肥+有机肥+生物炭与化肥+有机肥处理相比,氨基酸态氮、氨基糖氮、未知态氮的含量分别增加了7.4%,16.3%,4.3%,且差异均达显著水平。 The soil of five years of reclamation in the coal mining subsidence area of Luojianggou village,Wangqiao town,Xiangyuan county,Changzhi city was studied.Under the treatment of chemical fertilizer and organic fertilizer,the change of nitrogen form in reclaimed soil was discussed by adding biochar.The results showed that the nitrogen content of reclaimed soil under each fertilization treatment was higher than that of the control,and it was significantly difference from the control.Under fertilization treatment,the application of biochar increased the nitrogen content of reclaimed soil.The organic fertilizer+biochar was compared with the single application of organic fertilizer,the total nitrogen,alkali nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen and microbial nitrogen content in the reclaimed soil increased by 1.5%,11.1%,20.3% and 8.8%,respectively.For the content of acid-soluble nitrogen component,the content of amino acid nitrogen,amino sugar nitrogen and unknown nitrogen of organic fertilize+biochar increased by 7.7%,9.2% and 3.6%,respectively,compared with the single application of organic fertilizer treatment.Compared with the treatment of chemical fertilizer+organic fertilizer+biochar and chemical fertilizer+organic fertilizer,the contents of amino acid nitrogen,amino sugar nitrogen and unknown nitrogen increased by 7.4%,16.3% and 4.3%,respectively,and the difference was significant.
